AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Rankleads - AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS / SCAM - Looks like a very good option to hire when looking for online leads. I tried testing just 5 leads, they all arrive in a single day. Unfortunately, not a single lead works, very low quality leads and barely prospects which either already had a website in place, SEO service. So practically useless leads. Thank god I purchased this for a very low amount, while contacting their support they totally ghosted me on a refund or compensation of some kind. Do not buy from these guys, their return policy is trash, their leads are trash.

My biggest complaint is the people leaving a review. Bad reviews almost made me not go with this company. I am really glad I didnt listen. Chad explained everything to me up front. These are leads. Their isn't a whole lot of information about the lead. I mean other than a reply to email and a name, phone number and email that's it. But to be honest that is all that was promised. No one ever said the streets they walked on would be paved in gold. Its sales leads.... that is what they give you. You have to come up with a way to convert them. They dont do that. I paid 270.00 for 15 leads. Made contact with 7 of them and converted 2 of them so far the others are still in negotiations with me at the moment. But I remember if it's not no. Then it is a yes. So thank you rank leads I have at least double my money spent with you. And I will go to you for any leads I need when my work clears up.

I bought 5 leads to test them out. 2 of them after 12 calls over 2 weeks, did not answer phone or return my message. The other 2 claimed the had no idea what I was talking about when asking them if I could help with their web design work and asked how I go their number. I believe that they just choose random businesses, figure out a name of a person there, then send it as what they call a "qualified lead". I think their definition of a qualified lead it "are they breathing"

RankLeads is a scam.

RankLeads is a scam. We purchased leads from them for $150 in November of 2014. Then I received an email from them explaining how they just bought the company from another person - Kyle Ebert - but they would be more than willing to help us out. They (Chad) passed along Kyle's personal information so that I could contact him to directly. There was no response. When I tried emailing RankLeads back to tell them we would like the $150 credit toward their services, I received no response but was put onto their auto mailing list. When I emailed directly to complain about this I was told that there was no record of me ever contacting them and actually received attitude back from Aaron.

I can see why Carly is frustrated, but there is no scam. The company really was purchased by us in November of 2014.

We were told by Kyle Ebert that he would take care of all past clients, but he completely disappeared and stopped answering any calls or emails from anyone, including us.

We emailed all of the previous Rankleads customers in December 2014 to let them know what had happened, and that although it wasn't part of the site purchase, that we were going to fulfill all of the orders. Everyone who had an order that hadn't been completed emailed us and let us know.

Then in mid-February we got an email from Carly.

Aaron couldn't find her in our order system (because she hadn't placed an order with us - but placed one before we bought the site) and wasn't even sure what she was referring to or why she thought she had a credit with us. When I got back in the office I explained to him that her order was placed before we bought the site and that she did indeed have a credit with us. Unfortunately, she had become agitated about Aaron not understanding why she thought she had a credit and told him that she was no longer interested, didn't trust our company and would recommend against using our company (which she did here). We called and emailed but have received no response.

Hopefully a little bit of time will make things better. Carly, we want to fulfill your order and we definitely apologize for the situation that started with Kyle Ebert, but also for any mistakes we've made along the way. I can certainly understand from your point of view why you left this feedback online, but there is more to the story along with some simple misunderstandings. We'll make it up to you.

:)

Anyway, for anyone reading, we are not out to scam anyone. There was a bad situation that was created by the former owner now holding up to his commitments in the beginning and this caused a lot of problems. No one felt the pain of this anywhere near as much as we did (we spent two months fulfilling well over $10,000 worth of orders that were never part of the sale - 90% of which we thought had already been fulfilled). We really went out of our way for all of the previous customers and will continue to do so.

If you have any doubts about our legitimacy or anything else, please feel free to call us at (866) 512-**** and we'll be happy to help.

Thanks! Chad - Rankleads.com
